2. Improper operation of personnel
When a mechanical failure occurs in a high-pressure washer, it can be inspected and repaired in time, while human causes are sometimes difficult to detect. The operator should have received the corresponding teaching when using the machine, so if the machine does not come out of the water, the machine will be checked at the first time, thinking that there is a fault, but in fact, it is not operating properly.
For example, before the machine works, it is necessary to drain the air in the pipes and high-pressure pumps according to the operating procedures, and when people encounter a situation where there is no water, many people will simply turn off the water source and then turn it back on, which is wrong. In this case, keep the power of the high-pressure washer turned off, and the water source should not be turned off, and then press and hold the gun handle switch for 1-2 minutes to exhaust the air in the high-pressure pump, and then turn the power switch back on to use it normally.
3. Objective environmental reasons
Winter is coming, accompanied by a drop in temperature, and when using a pressure washer, it is necessary to take into account the external environment at the time of use. Not only people should keep warm, but machines should also "keep out the cold" in winter. When the outside temperature drops below 0 degree , the water freezes. The water in the machine memory freezes, which causes the motor to not function. In particular, if there is residual water in the water gun part, it will cause the water outlet to be blocked, so that the water cannot be discharged.
In the above situation, remember not to force the start, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the crankcase, and do not melt it with hot water, which is easy to cause bursting problems due to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction. The correct way to dispose of it is to place the machine above 0 degree and wait for it to melt naturally.
